If you have purchased multiple items and we have charged you a carriage cost, such as next day delivery or overseas delivery, and you are returning only part of your order, we will only refund the cost of delivery that you paid when purchasing the item over and above that expended on the product you are retaining.
We will not refund any costs or expenses for postage, delivery or transit methods for returning the item(s) to us.
All costs of returning the item(s) to us must be paid by you, and are not refundable.

We always try to provide the best quality product, and it will be packaged to ensure the product arrives to you safely.
However, if an item that you receive is faulty or damaged, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the item.
A replacement of the item free of charge can be provided or a full refund.
Your card or method of payment will be refunded once we have received and processed your returned item.

Please note that if an item develops a fault through misuse or user damage, and is not the result of a manufacturing fault we will be unable to exchange or refund your purchase.

When packing and dispatching your goods we always do our best to ensure your product reaches you as quickly as possible. In the unlikely event that you receive a duplicate or incorrect item as a result of our error, please let us know immediately and we can make arrangements for the return from you.

If your reason for return falls into one of the above categories you can contact our Customer Care team by email for a returns authorisation number and details of how and where to return your item. You will receive from Customer Care a returns authorisation number and details on where and how to return your item(s).

Please pack your return item(s) securely and include a note within the package with your name, contact details, the order or invoice reference number, the reason for returning the goods, and if available with the returns authorisation number. Usually the packaging that you received the item in can be used to return the goods, however sometimes this may be damaged on opening and therefore not be suitable. Therefore please use adequate packaging to protect the product during its return.
You are responsible for the product until it arrives back with us.

Please then post the item to the address provided by Customer Care with your authorisation number if this has been given.
The returns address may differ from our business address in most cases so please ensure you contact us for the returns address prior to returning the item.

The best two postage methods of returning goods to us:-
Royal Mail Standard Delivery – this is usually the cheapest way to return goods.
This requires you to re-pack your goods, apply the return address and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to purchase stamps to cover the cost of the return.
We always suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage just in case the parcel gets lost.
OR
Royal Mail Next day – this option is much more expensive but quicker
Whichever method of post you choose – please don’t forget to include your name, address and order number so that we know who is returning the parcel.
