Q - Do I have to be a TDS Healthcare customer already to receive a gift Voucher?
A - The answer is no, you don't, but you will need to register for a TDS Healthcare online account in order to complete a gift voucher purchase. You will have received a promotional gift voucher number by email inorder to redeem the voucher value.

Q - How do I redeem a gift voucher that I’ve received?
A - It’s simple to redeem a gift voucher, this is completed during the checkout process. Add the product(s) you want to purchase to your shopping basket by clicking the “Add to basket” button. From your basket click “Proceed to Checkout”. During the ‘Payment Stage’ of the checkout process you will be asked to enter your gift voucher code and we will then take care of the rest.

Q - What products can I redeem a Gift Voucher on?
A - Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on any of the products that are listed on TDS Healthcare online store website, unless otherwise stated.

Q - Can the Gift Voucher be redeemed against more than one product on the same order?
A - Yes, you can redeem gift vouchers against more than one product. For example, a gift voucher value would apply to the total value of all items of your order and be deducted from your final order total at the “check out”.

Q - What are the expiry dates on the Gift Vouchers?
A - The expiry date will be listed clearly on the Gift Voucher confirmation email if an expiry date is going to be applicable.

Q - What can I do if I’ve forgotten to apply a Gift Voucher to an order I have already placed?
A - Depending on the type of gift voucher that you have been sent it may be possible to apply the promotion/discount after you placed the order.
