Delivery:- Postage, Packaging, Costs and Times

UK Customers
Standard postage and packing for delivery within the UK is by First Class Signed Royal Mail.
Our target is to despatch all orders where goods are in stock within 24 / 48 hours of receipt.
No despatches are made on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days from the day of despatch.

International Customers
For orders being despatched to other countries within the EU and the Rest of the World inc. Australia and the Far East the postage and packing cost is at the standard Parcel Force International rates.

Returning Goods Policy
If in the unlikely event that you receive goods which are not what you ordered or which are defective or different to the quantity to that stated on your order form, TDS Healthcare shall, at its own discretion make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount paid for the goods purchased.
This is on the condition that the goods are returned unworn or unused and you have notified us of the problem within 10 days of receiving your order. 
All the goods you buy from us are covered by our "Product Guarantee. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
We do require that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask to exchange products which are the incorrect size which are unopened or unused we will pay to post any goods we send back to you.

The best two methods of returning goods to us;
Royal Mail Standard Delivery – this is usually the cheapest way to return goods.
This requires you to re-pack your goods, apply the return address and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to purchase stamps to cover the cost of the return. We always suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage just in case the parcel gets lost.

Royal Mail Next day – this option is more expensive but quicker

Whichever method of post you choose – please don’t forget to include your name, address and order number so that we know who is returning the parcel.
