No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you as the client and TDS Healthcare Ltd unless and until TDS Healthcare Ltd agrees acceptance of your order by way of an email confirmation. That order acceptance will be deemed complete and will also be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time that TDS Healthcare Ltd sends the email to you, whether or not you receive the email. The confirmation email will amount to TDS Healthcare Ltd accepting your offer to buy goods / product from www.tdshealthcare.co.uk

The email will confirm and contain all relevant information concerning your order.

You may also withdraw from your contract at any time after you have received our email confirmation by either:-

• A – Sending the notice of cancellation by either email to info@tdshealthcare.co.uk  confirming your Name / Address / Order Number.
• B – When you have received the goods returning them to TDS Healthcare Ltd unopened / undamaged.

When TDS Healthcare Ltd receive notification that you wish to withdraw from the order / contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to TDS Healthcare Ltd from your credit card for your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. The returned goods must be received back to TDS Healthcare Ltd in the condition that they were when despatched and delivered to you. 

Liability - This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
TDS Healthcare Ltd does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specification and description of the listed products. TDS Healthcare Ltd will try to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practical after being notified of such items.

TDS Healthcare Ltd does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and / or loss from claims from third parties arising out of the use of the TDS Healthcare Ltd website or for any products purchased from TDS Healthcare Ltd. 

TDS Healthcare Ltd will only be liable for the direct loss up to the maximum total value of the product purchased in respect of any claim. 

Processing of Orders
Credit and Debit cards are debited at order. All prices include UK VAT sales taxes (where applicable) unless specifically stated.

Every purchase you make will be deemed as performed in the United Kingdom. United Kingdom law will govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from the web-site.

TDS Healthcare Ltd aim is to arrange despatch of all stock items within 24 to 48 hours on the same business day that your order is received providing it is reaches our sales department by 10 am on that day (this does not include any bank holidays).

Your order may be delayed if the specific item is not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and approximate dates of stock replenishment may be given.

Our standard returns Policy applies to all purchases from TDS Healthcare Ltd.

Delivery / Title / Risk
The delivery period stated when you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your confirmation. Note that some part of the order may be sent on a separate date.

Title to any ordered goods will only pass to you when TDS Healthcare Ltd has received full payment for the product.

If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a delivery reaches your country. Any such additional customs clearance charges must be borne by you.
